Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use markstake.living and the services Markstake Tree Service offers through it. By browsing the site, calling the number on it, or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What We Do

Markstake Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches, or clear storm debris. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety habits, licensing, insurance, and behavior. We do not hire, supervise, or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer, or financial expert. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate details when you contact us and use the site only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text, or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach you about your request by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing contact@markstake.living.

Ownership of Content

The words and design of this site belong to Markstake Tree Service or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Liability

As far as the law allows, Markstake Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
